They could have easily charged me, and I never would have questioned it, but instead they chose to help simply because they could. That level of honesty and integrity is incredibly rare nowadays. On top of that, everyone was friendly, professional, and had me back on the road in no time. We actually had a breakdown up on the highway and had our car towed to Cleve Hill Auto on main Street. they ran a diagnostics on my truck and discovered it was something that they could not repair so they referred me to a transmission shop in the same area. The staff was friendly and helpful and courteous at all times. I would highly recommend this company for all your auto needs.

A crappy Monday starting with a leak in my tire ended with the folks here at Cleve-Hill taking care of me. They were great, got me in same day and out in less than 2 hours. They fixed my leak rather than forcing me to get a new tire. I’ll remember that when it’s time to get 4 new ones.

We were visiting the area to hike at Letchworth. When we were leaving this morning we got a low pressure tire warning and found a nail in one of our tires. We feel so grateful to have found Cleve-Hill Tire Pros, not being from the area we put in the first tire repair place in we could find. We arrived before 9am, they took us immediately, were very kind and quick, and invited our dog in to wait with us. Can’t recommend them enough and wish we were from the area to use their services again!

Arcade, NY location… Went for a screw stuck in my tire, unfortunately in a non-repairable area. They took me into the garage, showed me my tread depth (which was only at 3/32), & advised I needed tires very soon for safety. Was out the door in less than an hour with 4 reasonably priced, great quality tires. Very pleased & will certainly continue to go there for car issues 🙂

My car 2013 Ford Taurus needed an electrical power steering rack and they are very hard and rare to find. I took my car to two shops and they said they were on back order and could not find the part anywhere in their system. Cleve Hill Auto and tire pros were able to find the right away and get it the next day because the System they use can get parts that other shops can’t find. I was out of a car for over a week when I had it towed Cleve Hill Auto and tire pros. The whole process took them only 2 days. They gained a new customer and I appreciate the customer service and pleasantness of the staff.

I highly recommend this place. Bob was super nice, honest and was very helpful. Would ask his boss to give him a promotion for such an amazing service. I used to go to Mavis Tire Cheektowaga for almost 3 years and have had a very bad experience there recently, thus moving to Cleve Hill Tire and Auto from now on. Everything was super smooth. I didn’t have any appointment, but he was still able take me in and help me swap my tires and also cabin air filters. They are very honest and clear with their prices too.

Incredibly approachable! I was nervous coming in for the first time but they were very professional! I needed a car inspection and was hesitant about finding a new place that was closer to home. I talked to Garret over the phone and was very satisfied with how calm, inviting and professional he was with me. There was another gentleman that was just as wonderful at the register. They even have a professional service protection plan in case of any emergency on the road! Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had with a personal car repair shop!

Great Repair Shop. Came in for an inspection and was in and out with my sticker in less than 30 minutes. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would come back if i have any actual problems (but hopefully i wont). Overall a nice repair shop.

Very honest. They do a warranty on brakes. Pricier than mom and pop shops but they did my front axle and rear brakes in a single day. They also send a text message with a summary of the work to be done to your car.

The guys at Cleve-Hill aka Utz Tire went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle minutes before closing. After work, I noticed my truck tire was extremely low so I called to let them know I was on my way and they expedited my tire repair with kindness and professionalism. I had a terrible experience with Kevin’s across the street adding charges and replacing things I did not need or consent to & have been with Clevehill ever since almost 10 years ago. I have been going to Cleve-Hill for a few years now and they are the first shop that I really trust! They’re always friendly, professional and fair priced. They never try to sell you on repairs that aren’t necessary, but they do give you a heads up on repairs that are going to be needed in the future. Today, i went in for a tire patch and Tim was great! He had me in and out in about 20 minutes! I can’t recommend Cleve-Hill enough!

I’ve been a Cleve Hill customer in Hamburg for a dozen years. Always a friendly greeting. Work is completed on time and at a reasonable price compared to other shops. I like it when they tell me when something is near replacement time so i can prepare for it. If they tell me something needs repair/replacement, I believe it.

Tucker has been super helpful with getting tires for our car as well as several of our friends! Great deals, quick turnaround time to get the inventory and service all of our vehicles. Brought car in for oil change too and he made sure I had my inspection updated, fluids topped and other recommendations for the vehicles. Comfortable taking our vehicles there and don’t feel heckled to get things that are not necessary add ons which is much appreciated! Will continue to come there because we trust them and don’t feel take advantage of, but more valued! I know friends who have been taking their cars there for years and trust them and Tucker continuously! Thanks team and keep the great prices!

I’ve taken both of my cars here multiple times and consistently have a great experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to explain things clearly. Their pricing is fair, they work efficiently, and most importantly, they’re honest and trustworthy. It’s not always easy to find a mechanic you can rely on, but this is definitely one of them. Called Cleve Hill tire and auto . From the very first conversation with Bob , I was impressed with his customer service. He was polite , kind and let me know exactly what they do and how much it would cost. I missed the phone call that it was ready so I called back and spoke to Garret, told him I couldn’t come that day because of work and he said the next day was fine. I asked him the price which was exactly what Bob had told me and I asked if any chance they could take my spare off and put my tire on , he said absolutely we can do that. I asked how much it would cost and he told me not to worry about it , that they would take care of it. Also let me say , Garrets customer service was fantastic. I got there to get tire and Garrett and Bob were at front desk with nothing but friendly faces and responses . Told Garrett that I had some things in trunk and not to worry about putting the spare in the under compartment and that they could even just put it back seat. As the work was being done Garrett informed me that my lug nuts were swelling, I believe that was the word he used. He showed me and explained that most factory lug nuts come in a way that it’s not just one solid piece of metal and showed me where water and other things over time cause that. Ask me if I was interested in changing them out at what I thought was a ridiculously cheap amount , but unfortunately I just didn’t have the money that day. Asked if I could come back later and he said absolutely . He reassured me that they were fine to go back on but next time I need to take tiew off for some reason that I would need to change them. Went to my car and went to store , went in trunk to get my bags and realized that even tho I had stuff in trunk , and told them not to worry about putting the spare back to where it belongs , they took it upon them selves to go above and beyond and put my spare exactly where it went. I smiled and was very great ful. 10 out of 10 stars for the whole crew. Way to go guys! Great experience

Very informative about which tire brand I should buy, when I know nothing about them. The warranty you have after buying tires is awesome, I feel very confident on the road! My brand new Toyota rims weren’t scratched or ruined after the install either. They were very professional and accommodating for what I needed and they took care of my truck well. Cleve Hill Tires on Main Street to the rescue again! I was out shopping on Main Street when my engine light suddenly came on—and started blinking. I immediately called Ed, the manager, and explained what was going on. He told me, “That’s not good, come in right away.” Thankfully, I was only a few minutes away. When I arrived, Ed came outside to check my truck. I was honestly embarrassed because my vehicle was packed with shopping bags—like I was hoarding. He looked at everything and said, “Bad news… you can’t drive the truck.” I felt like crying. All I could think about was how I was going to get everything home, and how I had promised the unhoused community that I’d bring them food and blankets over the weekend. Then Ed did what Cleve Hill Tires always seems to do—he stepped up. He told me they could loan me a vehicle and explained the process clearly. Thank you, God, for Cleve Hill Tires again. After finishing the paperwork, I began transferring everything from my truck to the loaner… only to realize the loaner wasn’t big enough for all those items. (Honestly, I’m still not sure how I got everything stuffed into my truck in the first place!) I told Ed that everything wasn’t going to fit. Without hesitation, he said he would personally drop off the remaining items at my home after he closed for the weekend. Thank you, God, again and again. The moral of this story: while I was trying to do something kind for others, Cleve Hill Tires showed even greater kindness to me. Ed and the whole team truly go above and beyond for their customers. From the time I arrived to the time I was done I was informed about everything that I needed as well as what needed to be done soon. The technician Jordan was very thorough!! Unlike Pep Boys which is where I have gone to for all my auto repairs and service for years I did not feel like they were just trying to upsell things to me. I received a text showing pictures of everything that was looked over and it was sorted into 3 categories. What was good, needed right away and things that needed to be done but not right away. Pep Boys always told me how things would take and they have the app where you can check the progress on the service and it was never updated. The one time I was told an hour and after 3 hours I finally asked what was going on with the repair and I got the same response oh it’s almost done. I won’t be going back to Pep Boys! I highly recommend Clevehill auto and tire!!! I’m sorry but I can’t remember the gentleman’s name at the front desk but he was very helpful and informative!!

I recently went to this shop as it was the closest to place of living. I had my Honda checked in for some tire issues/oil and to fix my check engine light. I also had no previous appointment and they had took me in without any questions. They communicated effectively and were on schedule with the repairs. They were transparent about further issues and the cost as well. I will definitely make this shop my place to go if I need anything. Great job guys!
