Having multiple shops allows us to pool resources. We constantly stay up to date with training (we’ll even pay for most of your training, including ASE’s), equipment, software, and tools (we offer a pay incentive for you to invest in new tools). The comradery and team mentality will often lead to other shops or techs helping out in a pinch, ensuring we have the right tools and resources to get the job done, which means happy and loyal customers, as well as the ability to sell the job and increase your commission.

We offer some of the best benefits in the industry, including health care, 401k (with match), a strong base salary plus commission, paid time off, paid holidays (we don’t work nights, Sundays, or holidays). Our top performers earn between $55-$75k with base and commission, PLUS the 401k match and other benefits.
