I’ve taken both of my cars here multiple times and consistently have a great experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to explain things clearly. Their pricing is fair, they work efficiently, and most importantly, they’re honest and trustworthy. It’s not always easy to find a mechanic you can rely on, but this is definitely one of them. Highly recommend.

Called Cleve Hill tire and auto . From the very first conversation with Bob , I was impressed with his customer service. He was polite , kind and let me know exactly what they do and how much it would cost. I missed the phone call that it was ready so I called back and spoke to Garret, told him I couldn’t come that day because of work and he said the next day was fine. I asked him the price which was exactly what Bob had told me and I asked if any chance they could take my spare off and put my tire on , he said absolutely we can do that. I asked how much it would cost and he told me not to worry about it , that they would take care of it. Also let me say , Garrets customer service was fantastic. I got there to get tire and Garrett and Bob were at front desk with nothing but friendly faces and responses . Told Garrett that I had some things in trunk and not to worry about putting the spare in the under compartment and that they could even just put it back seat. As the work was being done Garrett informed me that my lug nuts were swelling, I believe that was the word he used. He showed me and explained that most factory lug nuts come in a way that it’s not just one solid piece of metal and showed me where water and other things over time cause that. Ask me if I was interested in changing them out at what I thought was a ridiculously cheap amount , but unfortunately I just didn’t have the money that day. Asked if I could come back later and he said absolutely . He reassured me that they were fine to go back on but next time I need to take tiew off for some reason that I would need to change them. Went to my car and went to store , went in trunk to get my bags and realized that even tho I had stuff in trunk , and told them not to worry about putting the spare back to where it belongs , they took it upon them selves to go above and beyond and put my spare exactly where it went. I smiled and was very great ful. 10 out of 10 stars for the whole crew. Way to go guys! Great experience

The friendly staff is honest and efficient, and everything felt smooth and stress-free from start to finish. We’ve come in with many different issues for the past few years and they always go above and beyond to help resolve anything we throw at them. We will continue to have our fleet serviced at the Wehrle Road Cheektowaga location.

Came in for a simple service. Couple of valve stems and TPMS sensors. Tucker took care of me and was excellent to deal with. Work was completed professionally, and in a timely fashion. Price was very reasonable. Enjoy doing business with you guys.

Very informative about which tire brand I should buy, when I know nothing about them. The warranty you have after buying tires is awesome, I feel very confident on the road! My brand new Toyota rims weren’t scratched or ruined after the install either. They were very professional and accommodating for what I needed and they took care of my truck well. I’ll definitely be using them for any future needs.

Great experience! Had a flat tire and took it in to Cleve-Hill Auto yesterday. They found EXACT tire match in less than 24 hours and I was out of there today after work. Very clean atmosphere inside and the guys were very helpful. Thank you again.

I brought my car in expecting the usual stressful, overpriced repair experience and instead got treated like family from the second I walked through the door. I’ve been a Cleve Hill customer in Hamburg for a dozen years. Always a friendly greeting. Work is completed on time and at a reasonable price compared to other shops. I like it when they tell me when something is near replacement time so i can prepare for it. If they tell me something needs repair/replacement, I believe it.

Tucker has been super helpful with getting tires for our car as well as several of our friends! Great deals, quick turnaround time to get the inventory and service all of our vehicles. Brought car in for oil change too and he made sure I had my inspection updated, fluids topped and other recommendations for the vehicles. Comfortable taking our vehicles there and don’t feel heckled to get things that are not necessary add ons which is much appreciated! Will continue to come there because we trust them and don’t feel take advantage of, but more valued! I know friends who have been taking their cars there for years and trust them and Tucker continuously! Thanks team and keep the great prices!

Cleve Hill Tires on Main Street to the rescue again! I was out shopping on Main Street when my engine light suddenly came on—and started blinking. I immediately called Ed, the manager, and explained what was going on. He told me, “That’s not good, come in right away.” Thankfully, I was only a few minutes away. When I arrived, Ed came outside to check my truck. I was honestly embarrassed because my vehicle was packed with shopping bags—like I was hoarding. He looked at everything and said, “Bad news… you can’t drive the truck.” I felt like crying. All I could think about was how I was going to get everything home, and how I had promised the unhoused community that I’d bring them food and blankets over the weekend. Then Ed did what Cleve Hill Tires always seems to do—he stepped up. He told me they could loan me a vehicle and explained the process clearly. Thank you, God, for Cleve Hill Tires again. After finishing the paperwork, I began transferring everything from my truck to the loaner… only to realize the loaner wasn’t big enough for all those items. (Honestly, I’m still not sure how I got everything stuffed into my truck in the first place!) I told Ed that everything wasn’t going to fit. Without hesitation, he said he would personally drop off the remaining items at my home after he closed for the weekend. Thank you, God, again and again. The moral of this story: while I was trying to do something kind for others, Cleve Hill Tires showed even greater kindness to me. Ed and the whole team truly go above and beyond for their customers. Came in to make an appointment for the squealing noise my Jeep was making when turning. They caught me off guard with an opening right away(I figured due to a no show) and took a look right away. One of my wiper blades broke while I was driving – I called Cleve Hill and talked to Ed. He told me I could come right in to have them fix it, even without an appointment. This is a job I’ve dealt with many people that are angry and don’t seem to care but Cleve hill cares about you and your car. From the time I arrived to the time I was done I was informed about everything that I needed as well as what needed to be done soon. The technician Jordan was very thorough!! Unlike Pep Boys which is where I have gone to for all my auto repairs and service for years I did not feel like they were just trying to upsell things to me. I received a text showing pictures of everything that was looked over and it was sorted into 3 categories. What was good, needed right away and things that needed to be done but not right away. Pep Boys always told me how things would take and they have the app where you can check the progress on the service and it was never updated. The one time I was told an hour and after 3 hours I finally asked what was going on with the repair and I got the same response oh it’s almost done. I won’t be going back to Pep Boys! I highly recommend Clevehill auto and tire!!! I’m sorry but I can’t remember the gentleman’s name at the front desk but he was very helpful and informative!!

I recently went to this shop as it was the closest to place of living. I had my Honda checked in for some tire issues/oil and to fix my check engine light. I also had no previous appointment and they had took me in without any questions. They communicated effectively and were on schedule with the repairs. They were transparent about further issues and the cost as well. I will definitely make this shop my place to go if I need anything. Great job guys!
